From Nintendo/Treasure's ridiculously insane and hard as balls shooter comes this picture of Kachi. I approached this one the same way I did my Donkey Kong picture, giving it sort of a comic book appearance by actually drawing the background instead of painting it on a separate layer, and using halftones in the shading.

I was so excited when Nintendo announced Donkey Kong Country Returns for the Wii that I HAD to finally get around to doing some fanart. This is another piece where I drew part of the background on the same page as the subject matter to give it a sort of comic book appearance, not to mention the halftones in the shading.
